About Us
We are based in Harlington, Beds in
England - approx 40 miles north of London. CEC was started by
Gian Mahillin 1996.in 1996.
He wanted to set up a client orientated services consulting company.
Since then he has worked with many clients internationally and has
built up a reputation for designing and implementing high quality
transformation programmes.
Gian Mahil
Gian is an industry recognised expert in change transformation,
systems integration and rationalisation.
He is passionate about Change Transformation and has created and led
Change Transformation Programme teams of over 100 in several global
organisations. In the past Gian has held senior positions a Lloyds
Group, Accenture, BSKYB and Marsh. Gian
has a proven record for running Global Transformational Change Programmes in
global organisations. Being service focused he is able to ensure his teams
are able to anticipate potential customer service and operational issues,
de-risk them and protect the production environment.
